Very pretty church. If you are driving you can park at the beginning of the walk down. If you are in a moto as well. Then you can walk down the road that leads you to the stairs, this area is accessible with a wheelchair or a stroller. Then, you get to the stairs and there is no path down to the church other than the stairs.

If you are biking you will pass the parking lot and take the path all the way to where the stairs to the church start; we locked our bikes to a electrical pole right before the stairs.

From there, there are about 60 stairs down to the church. Then you can decide if you want to take the paths around the church - one goes up and one goes down to the river. It’s pretty!

Wow! Don’t miss this place! Beautiful church. At around 6pm the church is lit up. Free. Many stands around selling crafts and food. Less than 20min away from border. Nice first or last stop in Colombia.

Very nice church, a must visit when passing Ipiales.
