I've done the exportation paperwork at this location twice now (one for going back to the US, one for crossing to Bolivar) and the lady was super helpful both times. It takes about 3-5 hours to turnaround, so if you go in the morning, it'll be ready in the afternoon.

The office is still here. Fairly simple process to get our dog's documents for Bolivia. Total cost was 200 soles. The receipt we received said 97 soles so I asked about the discrepancy. I was told the vaccine and health certificates which are separate documents cost 50 soles each. We showed up on Friday afternoon and received the paperwork on Monday morning. Might be faster if you are there during the week. We didn't import our dog to Ecuador or Peru and they accepted our health certificate from Colombia so that was a plus. Apparently Bolivia only recognizes the SENASA for 5 days. We told the Bolivian Aduana officer we had a dog at the Khasani crossing and they sort of just shrugged and said there was no SENSAG office at that border. The Peru aduana officers scanned our paperwork and faxed it somewhere.

We got our export papers here to take our dogs to Chile. Hours are 8-1 and 2-5. They will give you an application form and instruction sheet showing everything you need. I also updated Lazzy Vet where you can get vaccinations, certificates and they are very helpful with the on these docs.
