Beautiful beach camping at the southern end of Gonzaga Bay. Loads of white sand beaches. The small village homes are quite a ways away from camping giving it a primitive feel. Pit toilets may be the only amenities. You’ll want 4 wheel drive to get out here
Price had went up, the guy want minimum are for three night stay 750 peso per car
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Very quiet. And not a windy day, which is very rare I’m told. 600 pesos for two nights
Report Check-InCame in from the north. The road is rutted but nothing crazy for Baja. After the entrance you drive by the last row of houses and then out onto the beach to camp. On the beach the sand was fairly packed in the “road” but you have to watch where you park.
Our favorite campsite so far. There were only 2 other rigs so plenty of space. $300 pesos per night. Pit toilet is what it is. (The one closest to the houses was the best fwiw.) We stayed 1 night and wished we had stayed longer. The bay is gorgeous. We had a calm morning but during the afternoons the winds can be fierce.
Report Check-InLike the previous check in's.... approach from the north. The southern access road has deep sand which requires airing down and using our four wheel drive. AWD will not suffice! Sites were very clean with spectacular views. The Pit toilets could use attention otherwise good stay.
Report Check-Inlovely site. 750 pesos for 3 nights. to access the 2x4 road to punta final from the north, follow google maps to campo beluga, and keep going. you’ll want to avoid the 4x4 road to punta final. you may not want to camp here if it is very windy as we camped when there were gale level gusts and made it difficult to be outside. one final note, park in the section along the water (but back from it), on the left. the sand on the right was deceptively soft and we got stuck. 24.5’ camper with ford f150 4x4. this place is rugged but well worth it if the conditions are right.
Report Check-InAs described, beautiful beach with few amenities other than crude pit toilets. We stayed one night for 250 pesos. We had 4x4 but not needed, road in was easily driven by our friends in a pleasure way van.
Report Check-InBeautiful beach camping for 250 a night. Lots of fishing and birds. Some deep sand on the road but made it in 2wd without airing down. If you don't have 4wd I'd suggest airing down to be safe.
Report Check-InBeautiful beach camp, although the flies were a pain at dusk. Recommend you bring your own toilet, because the pit toilets were pretty poor. Other than the pit toilets and some trash can, no other amenities.

Report Check-InRoad very sandy due to previous hurricane, primitive camping with no facilities, the campsites on beach very dirty

Report Check-InVery pretty view, if you’re tenting there’s a pretty cool spot you could set up. Limited places to drive up and park your RV since the sand seems to be too soft. Gorgeous sunsets. 250 pesos per night seems a little high for what you get. Daily garbage pickup and some not so nice portos. Worth it for the view though!!!
Report Check-Inperfect place, absolutly quite and wonderful beach, 250 Pesos to pay at the gate before, no cel service, 11 km dirt good road to the beach, no sign, entrance from mex 5 29°42′39.5″N 114°24′20.42″W (wrong on maps me), no waste, no stray dogs
Report Check-InWe found this beach to be the nicest on the bay. The road on is rather waterboarded but otherwise ok. The road in from highway 5 is not marked, but is just south of a blank billboard at approx 29.710455, -114.405694. The bay is split by a nice rock formation that is accessible at low tide. Price is still 250p per vehicle. Water and firewood may be available at the office. Sat and sun had lots of locals on the beach, but still fairly quiet. Able to buy fish, clams and octopus from the local fishermen. Great choice of seafood.
Report Check-InBeautiful beach, usually calm. 250 pesos per night/vehicle. Pit toilets are gross, no other amenities. 4wd not necessary to get here but the beach sand is very soft.
