Description

Small "balneario" next to a nice small lagoon. They mainly cater to local families enjoying the lagoon, so expect noisy kids on weekends. They have have a restaurant with limited menu that opens only on weekends.

We didn't sleep, only stopped for fried fish (and parked ouer 11" camper) but the owner told us they would take us for the night (we didn't discuss price)

Arrived after dark and met a car coming the other way, whose driver I asked jt3 it was ok to spend the night there; he said it was fine. Had a peaceful night alone, dark and quiet although some music coming from a place not far down the lake shore. Woken by the rubbish collector at 7.30 the following morning, who charged me $50 for staying and told me I should leave before they opened at 10.

Pleasant spot right on the lake shore with flush toilets that were left unlocked, and an external sink. Lake nice and deep right off the little jetty if you fancy a nighttime dip!

It's signposted from the main road but a small and quite abrupt turnoff, easy to miss!
