From the main road, turn and pass the entrance of abandoned area (like a park or resort) follow the road ( volcanic sand ) and the 2 first road on the left bring you close to the river.
Not the best, but quiet and views of both volcanos ! No grass for tents.

This spot is very well hidden from the main road and nobody used the road leading to both spots. (wrong description: first two roads RIGHT leads you to the hidden spots).
I don't see a problem to pith a tent on this surface.
Accessible for all kinds of vehicles. Entel signal. Can be wind protected from 3 sides.
