Description
We stayed here for 3 nigths with our van. The place is a parqueo with beach acces for 50 cordobas. Have shade until 11 pm, no water in the place but if you speak with the owner, Efren, you can fill your deposit in his family restaurant 500 meters away. No realy clean but for this price a good place to stay. Very recomended!!

great spot on the beach. we went to the comedor down the road to ask about parking and the owner went to clean it up first, so we had space. still C50/night per vehicle.
right in the middle of the two surf spots and close to bars and restaurants. wifi from next door does not really reach though and there is ur regular central american rubbish, but it's a super convenient spot in a nice location
Just after the Suyapa Beach Hotel...it's only a Park place, no services...but in front of the beach...2 Doors ...you Can go at the swimming pool at the hôtel for 50 Co and the exterior shower...very hot weather but a little wind during the day...

he's a fisherman...we bought lobster to him...and he can take you for a fishing morning ($)...
we spent a night here, felt safe with the 24/7 guard of the restaurant next door who let us charge our camera's battery at their place and use their WC. That being said the parking itself has lots of trash and the beach is OK but don't expect too much of it.
Report Check-InStill cheap 50 Cordobas per night per vehicle. the "nice place by the beach" is a really nice place by a great beach indeed. Its a parking lot with direct beach access with some shade bit not too much. lots of trash lying around only on parking lot
Usually nobody is around, but you can pay at their comedor" Comedor el Jicarito" about 300 m further down the road on the left hand side. I added a picture of the comedor. We could also use the toilet there. Stayed two nights.
Its next to a big hotel and restaurant which has wifi that also works on the parking lot.
Regarding safety: we didnt feel unsafe and had a great time but it really is just a parking lot with a 1 m wall around and no guard present.
