We stayed there only for camping. We stayed there during the "lockdown" period of corona-virus: For three weeks.
We had to pay 40 soles/night for 3 adults and access to hot shower/toiletts in a hotel room (third floor).
Night were quite.
Very nice & helpful managment.

+ clean
+ quite
+ breakfast included but during the week not more then 2 slices of toast, juice, coffe or tea and eggs. During weekend they offer a buffet
+ secures parking lot behind gate (we easily fit with our sprinter)

- room was quiet cold
- they didn’t let us sleep in the car, you have to book a room

We arrived without a reservation from booking.com. They gave us a good discount after a bit of negotiating for staying for 7 nights and paying in cash.

If you need to be in Lima, this place in Miraflores is good option, specially for the big parking, available for Big rigs.

As mentioned, nice place room cleaned every day , fresh towels, made bed, toilet roll and breakfast and best showers in Peru!!
Great for parking or working on bike with huge garage! We had a matrimonial room 210 sol a night! Great location but expensive!

Average hotel in excellent location with a big private garage. Enough uncovered space for overlander cars (no big riggs) and a covered part for motorcycles. Ideal to do some maintenance in an undisturbed location. Decent american breakfast and mostly good wifi. Friendly helpful staff. We recommend booking via booking.com as the rated are significantly higher on site.
