Coming from the Cotahuasi Canyon on the way to Pausa it's hard to find a place to stay as the Camino is quite narrow. We were looking for an alternative to the plaza in Corculla which is not so great when you have a dog that wants to stretch his paws and run a bit after a day of bumpy gravel. Here we parked beside a currently not maintained soccer field and felt safe at a quiet night.
