Went to SAG in town and they just told me to go straight to the border and they did the papers for the dog there, so idk.
Report Check-InThey need 72 hours to issue an export certificate but if you are transiting and entering Chile again, they give you a transit certificate that’s valid for 30 days at the border itself. We chose that 30 days option as we were headed to puerto Natales and will get that 60 days export certificate done there so we chose not to wait 3 days here. Also make sure your external and internal parasite medication was done within last 15 days to be able to get the SAG document or you will have to get a new one in town.
