Description
Free. Good place for overnight. 24 hours max. There is a washroom beside the Marina's office, clean (open 5am - 10pm). We felt safe there. They close the gate to the parking lot sometime after dark.

From the comments the marina seems to be a hit or miss place. We missed.
Pulled in midweek around noon and parked, walked around Loreto and had lunch. As soon as we returned to the parking lot and opened our van door we were confronted by one of the marina workers, waving his badge and yelling 'Why are you here' and 'What are you doing here'. He insisted they we owed exactly 183 pesos for the few hours that we had parked and that we needed to leave.
Even though the sign in the parking lots states free parking for 24 hours max, we didn't push the point and left (without paying). Found and stayed at the wonderful beach and palapays just south of the airport! The only negative experience we have had after 3 months in Baja.
A nice location for walking around. 24 hours max to park here. A little noisy on this weekend night. Good people watching.

A bit noisy, since it’s next to the boulevard, but pretty quiet during night.

Report Check-Inwe were there for 2 nights. Perfect for the night, but the second night a man came and asked us for money. He insisted. Locals confirmed us this is a free parking.
We left and went on another place.
Actually had a good sleep! A little bit of Malecon car cruising and loud music to start, and the odd drive by through the night, but otherwise surprisingly calm. Clean toilets nearby at the lighthouse.
Report Check-InDidn't feel safe, the guard made me clear signs of what he wanted. Touching his parts, making sounds with his mouth, asking where my boyfriend was and what time he will be back, if I want a massage, "let me call my friends" etc. I was alone and he scared the sh*t out of me. Chow bye.
