It's a park with facilities like shower and wc. There are not in good conditions but at least in running condition. Some grass area with views to the Mekong. A parking is next to the road. It's a popular spot for sporty people to take a picture and use the street gym. Many people also come to click a picture. Everyone was very friendly and did not bother us. The guardian came around 22h and ask 60 Bath per person: we told him that he told us a couple of hours before everything was ok so ended thinking he just wanted to buy some buzz. We did not paid anything and no problem.
