Report Check-InWe crossed to Guatemala on a Tuesday morning before 7 a.m. The sign on the door said the office would open at 7, but we didn’t wait. Our friends told us we could get an insurance refund if we purchased more insurance than we used. We didn’t use about 30 BZD because we left Belize two weeks early. So that could be a nice refund for someone who can time the stop better.
Report Check-InThird party insurance is mandatory in Belize. This place closes at 5:30 pm. If you are late you’ll find another office about 2 km down the road (see entry there).
