Great hostel, with good vibes, but tricky situation for car parking. Can't park in the street daytime during the week, nor mornings on Saturday. The rest of the time is OK. Public carparks are available in adjacent streets (but expensive).
Report Check-InNice hostel and owners. Good pancake breakfast with some fruit in the morning. not to far from the center, hot showers and some space for a few bicycles.

Report Check-InDon't bother with the 7:30am techno music of AlterNative or the overly contrived Casa Cuencana, Hostel Mallki has the best vibe, best breakfast and seems to attract the most interesting people—all for a stellar price.
Report Check-InStayed here 2 nights. Had a 10 bed dorm right next to the reception. It was loud and noisy from 7am
until 2am from the reception and kitchen. Volunteers who stayed in my room were also loud early in the morning.
Beds are super small and there are just 3 bathrooms. They were occupied all the time. Of course they have cats here as well (if you are allergic).
Breakfast and outside sitting area are nice. Parking for motorbikes available. A couple of couches to chill everywhere in the house but no real common area.
This place is great! Cheap ($6,50 pppn dorm) and includes breakfast. Andres (owner ?) is a herpetologist who knows a ton about Cajas NP and can help suggest trails and such.
Esto lugar es bueno. Es barato ($6.50 a noche) y incluye desayuno. Andres (dueño ?) es un herpetólogo y sabe mucho sobre la parque Cajas. El puede recomendar senderos y otras cosas.
Report Check-InAwesome spot! Great vibe! And the 3 kittens and freshly made pancakes for breakfast are pretty good too! Room to park 2/3 motorbikes inside. Dorms start at 6usd. 5 minute walk to centre and big supermarkets. Highly recomend!
