We didn’t spoke to an officer but locals advised the place.
There are some shops, restaurant and bar close by.
In the morning we could use the toilets in the police office.

No police office there, according to google maps there is one but not according to the neighbors. The street is quiet and probably ok but we decided to go to Atenas in front of the actual Delegación de Policia. See "Quiet street in front to police office" in Atenas.
