Latest Check-Ins

Solid 1.5 hour slog up to Condor lookout, marginally less steep after first one en route but take lots of snacks to keep energy levels high! Nice views. The river lookout was pretty easy after that!

Desde el 1 de marzo sólo abierto de lunes a viernes

Only Sendero Piedra Ventosa is open, beautiful viewpoint and a nice short hike. The two other paths are closed (maybe they will be opened again if the ranger receives more recources in the future). Be aware not to park outside the park, it's private property and the neighbors call the police to get vehicles towed away...

Natural reserve with three trails to different Miradores, and for free. We arrived around 3:30pm and decided to only go to Mirador Piedra Ventosa because they close at 5:30pm in the summer (earlier in the winter). We did it with our rain jackets and hiking boots due to the rain. By the time we made it to the top, the bright sun came out and it all cleared out. Absolutely gorgeous landscapes and scenic views. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the hikes here. We did all 3 Miradors and back to the van, at a good pace, in just under 3 hours. The first section up to Mirador 1 is steep steps; the 2nd Mirador is not quite as tough but more dusty slopes than stepped. The views at the top are beautiful. The trek along the river is largely flat or gentle slope with a short climb at the end. Nice walk, pretty views - the same as from the top, but obviously with a different perspective!
