Latest Check-Ins

T or C riverside BLM land — camping permitted for 14 days. Stayed two nights in my truck and trailer and it was wonderful.

Report Check-In

Great spot for overnight or a couple of days. interstate traffic was close enough that it was very noticeable and there were people that came in cars and vans just for a short time and left. But overall I would recommend checking this place out.

Report Check-In

Did not find it as trashy as others have described. Great sites right on the river. Quiet and peaceful.

Report Check-In

The accuracy is WAY off when I tried the Google maps option. I had to use freecampsites.net to find it. The water is not suitable for pups to even go into. Trash everywhere. 3 bars of LTE through straight talk with a Verizon sim.

Report Check-In

BLM homeless camp. somewhat trashed. Rio Grande in T or C.

Report Check-In

Still lots of trash. But some very great areas on a decent and flat gravel road that parallels the Rio Grande River. Several great turn outs and tuck-in areas within the 1st mile. Road gets very rutted with deep ruts the further you go along the road. A few good spots for RV’s or big rigs I stayed about five nights here and really enjoyed it. Good 3-4 bars of AT&T cell coverage. Rode my boat mountain bike along the dirt road and into the nearby quaint and fun town of Truth or Consequences.

Report Check-In

Riverside Truth or Consequences BLM spot with a tree. Beautiful spot with lots of birds. A few cute cows wandering around. We stayed here one night with our teardrop and it was pretty quiet. We only heard two or three vehicles between 10 PM and 10 AM. Cold overnight—-recommend a heater, but we didn’t have one—just lots of blankets. Beautiful sunny slightly cool day, definitely T-shirt weather. Only drawback was a lot of garbage near the campsite. Broken chairs, cushions, water jug, sterno cans, bags etc... But it was nice that none of the garbage was alcohol related.

Nothing fancy but looks fine or a place to boondock for a night or two whilst exploring the town of TorC. nothing looks dangerous or shady as previously reported on multiple sites. Happy to report BLM must’ve cleaned it up :)
