Description
Roadblock manned by many masked men with sticks demanding money. Many cars waved through, but as soon as they saw we were foreigners they surrounded the vehicle, started shouting dollars and banging our vehicle. We had to pay before they allowed us to move. Due to the level of aggression shown it is probably best just to pay up quickly.

We came from Guatemala towards San Cristobal and we neither saw anyone here nor anywhere else on the way who looked sketchy.
