Plenty of room at this spot, although we were the only ones that stayed the night when we were there. There's a small forested area and view over the river next to the parking area so it's quite a pleasant spot to be. Some from the road but it's mostly car traffic, so it's not too loud.

Amazing place to stay! We felt comforted to see that many other vans were parked when we arrived. It was very quiet overnight. There were quite a few cars coming-and-going in the morning, as people were visiting the lookout.

We went twice in August and enjoyed both weekends however the second weekend we found there were a lot of people sleeping in cars with no access to a bathroom, and used the trails for bathrooms, except they forgot to bring bags with them to clean up after. You can walk down a path to get to the water where you can go in for a nice dip. I do not think there is any limit for numbers of days you can camp here, seems most stay only one night.

Nice spot by the river, easy to find! Arrived around 6:30pm and there was already a van parked there. Seems to be a prime spot for travellers to stop for the night. Occasional traffic passing by the thousand islands parkway, but it’s fine really.
Thanks for sharing the spot!

Small calm parking near to the river, you could swim in the river from a little beach with rocks.

Perfect spot , by the st-Laurence river . No services but the best view . 10 min. From the 1000 island cruise ships .

Super endroit pour la nuit. Juste à côté de la route 2. Idéal pour marche ou vélo juste de l’autre côté de la route.

Nice rest area off the Thousand Island Parkway. A few cars pulling in and pot through evening and morning but overall quiet enough. Nice views of River and access to water.

Report Check-In

Nice spot at the lake. A lot of space and just a few cars at night on the street nearby. Be aware of the mosquitoes.

Nice place to sleep. A lot of room. Close of the road but not to much loud. I recommend

Fantastic spot! Very fortunate that we are still able to boondock there - lets be kind to the neighbourhood.
