A clean, budget hotel with the kindest family that runs it! Fan, solid wifi, and 40,000 for a double room. Really enjoyed my stay here. I was allowed to bring my bicycle into my room - although there were some steep stairs to get up at the entrance. The family takes great care of the place and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They let me look at 3 different rooms before choosing. It’s also next to a restaurant and gas station market shop just down the road. Overall a good spot to stay if you don’t want to be in Cartago city center, as it’s just off the highway.

We also paid 25.000 for a double(ish) room with a fan. The rooms are very small and there is no toilet seat, but very clean! The garage downstairs looks very secure. Plenty of space for bicycles and motor cycles. Definitely a nice budget option.

Clean basic hotel. Rooms with double bed, fan, tv and private badroom for 25,000 per night.

For our bicycles there was enough space to park them in the fenced garage. Motorbikes should fit as well. For cars only street parking I guess.
