Report Check-In

Place was packed, but it remained very quiet with everyone being respectful and sites typically 50-75 feet apart. Weather hit 75-ish during the day, although felt hotter because zero shade. Night was down to 45. Water spickets, but not operational, yet. Pit toilets well-maintained. Overall, great spot for $8/night at the base of the Eastern Sierra’s.

Report Check-In

Dump station $5 at the campground but closed for winter

Report Check-In

Just as described. Best in spring and fall imho due to its location and lack of shade but there is a refreshing creek that runs through the Campground (I enjoyed good access behind sites 14-16) and the campsites are huge and well spaced. $8/nt ($4/nt for us old folks) is a real bargain! Great find!

Report Check-In

Camped here 2 nights in a rooftop tent. Spacious sites with picnic table and fire ring. Pits toilets conveniently spaced out. Stunning views off the Sierra Nevadas. There is a creek running through the campground that we used to gather water for washing dishes, etc.

Report Check-In

Nice National forest camp ground. $12 is cheap alternative to free Alabama hills which was too busy.

Report Check-In

Very nice, simple campground with open views in all directions. Good Verizon signal. Big creek running right through the middle. Only $8!

Report Check-In

Please note the $5 is for the RV dump station and is on the honor system.
