Very nice clean park. Stayed on a Tuesday night. Not a soul all night.
Fire ring and picnic tables.

Report Check-In

Stayed here on a Saturday night, after dawn it got very quiet.

stayed one night with no issues. it was a bit crowded on a Sunday but cleared out in the evening. we parked in the lot away from the boat ramp parking. theres good access to the water with a little beach area at the far edge of the lot. theres a little trail that leads down there. thats where we spent the evening. there was a rock ring fire pit so we had a little fire going, had a few beers and cooked some beans. very peaceful and quiet. good tmobile service. clean bathrooms with flush toilets.

Report Check-In

It looked like a nice quiet spot but on a Saturday night looks can be deceiving. First we were awakened by the barking of an animal, maybe a dog, maybe not. Then someone decided to do loop de loops with an airboat in front of the park, probably around midnight. Then about 4am a carload of rappers moved in and proceeded to rap until the sun began to rise. Still it is a beautiful little park and probably quieter on weekdays.

boat ramp and picnic area. both with parking. I stayed on boat ramp parking side and was the only one here. clean bathrooms. very quiet next the Tennessee River.

Report Check-In

Spent 4 nights here. I think camping is a bit of a grey area at this location, but we had no issues in our van and keeping a low profile. Very quiet, just a few cars/visitors each day and minimal use of the boat ramp. Bathrooms are kept clean and plenty of places to explore on foot. Good AT&T service. Would have stayed longer if we had not run out of propane. One other camper spent one night. Otherwise all to ourselves.

Report Check-In

We were expecting a campground, but in reality it's just another parking lot. There is a grassy lawn where we saw two people set up tents. Slept well and enjoyed hanging out at the picnic tables by the river.

Report Check-In

Very quiet and scenic. Plenty of camping grills and bathrooms heated and stay unlocked all night. Perfect spot to stop over.
