still here. checking all vehicles in both directions. looked like they were checking drivers license and insurance cards but waved us through.

The checkpoint is still here. Several officers pulling cars over, we were stopped and asked where we were going. Didn't ask for any documentation, just waved us through.

Police check with a stupid policemen on the Chaco side of provincial border. He was looking for something to give us a fine. In the end he decided that the bikerack on the back was going to be the victim and said it was illegal. Even went through a booklet with fines to show the article nr of the law. I played dumb, that I didn’t understand, that we have the rack already three months driving in Argentina, in the end also played the embassy card if he’s talking about a fine.

When I folded up the rack against the trunk somehow he changed his mind and started asking about the trip and let us pass. No problems on the formosa side with the police checkpoint.
