Nice place between 2 small beach towns. You can camp in front of the beatiful beach with nobody around. You can fish, walk or simply enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Nice place, beuatiful beach, only locals passing by. If you have 2WD stay near main road or on grass! Many possible parkings. High clearance is useful.
Report Check-InThe noisiest part is the unrelenting battering by the Pacific. Good spot, many possibilities, I chose near the dunes, a bit away from the sea, closer to Ruta 5.
Actually Google Maps misleads. When in the village, ask someone for the Camino Costero.
Quite a lot of noise from Ruta 5, actually. But given the lack of wild camping opportunities in these parts, still a good spot.
Report Check-InLovely place, the entrance is through the access to la ballena beach, be aware of the rock crossing next to the sea, with high tide could be a little tricky and then just follow the tracks in the sand, now its winter and its a little bit cold and windy, peacefull and quiet and early in the morning people are fishing
Report Check-InLindo lugar ! He estado acá antes. Hay opciones de caminos 2WD y 4WD
Report Check-InComing from the north there are two dirt road turnoffs before the big one that you can take to go straight to the beach. Follow the signs, and from there decide how far you want to go towards this spot. We did not want to risk getting stuck in the loose sand with our 2WD, so camped on the parking area closer to the village instead.
Report Check-InNice place, secluded. You can go all the way north to the rocks, there shelter and fire pits. The road that goes further from the shore (but below the hill) is fairly solid, I think 2wd can do it.
