Description

You’ll find many spots along FR525, including a bigger and busy one at junction of FE525 and FR761B, but this is one on FR761B.
We enjoyed it because there’s less traffic hence dust on this road. There’s space for about 10 RVs.

Report Check-In

A sign at the two trees intersection to this road, states all spots down this road are closed to camping. Some people were ignoring the sign for what that's worth.

Report Check-In

nice pull off for van or tent camping. off the main 525 so less dust from the road!

Report Check-In

Great spots along this road! I get cell service on Verizon. Good spot for camping with a tent or boondocking

Report Check-In

Right next to an RC airport. Ok Verizon, but WeBoost makes it great. There appear to be porta potties at this airport. It looks private though.

Report Check-In

Plenty of pullouts and some open lots for any size rig. Good cell service. Busy but plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay and visit Sedona.

Report Check-In

Great spot, stayed 3 nights. Better Verizon service than other spots in the area. Many other campers/vans nearby, but was able to stay at the same pull off every night. They were all quiet and respectful. Road is a rough 2wd dirt road.

Report Check-In

Clearly marked spots along the entire dirt road. At the end if the road, there is a a good spot for larger rigs. The spots seem small driving along the road but each one has a pretty large outdoor area next to it and most with fire pits.

Beautiful views of the red rocks at the top of the hill and at the bottom, you park on red dirt, making you feel like you’re on another planet!

Some traffic of people coming in for spots and it seems like 2-3 ATV tours per day. Not very dusty and very peaceful.

Report Check-In

Great location. Right off the main road. Super peaceful with a beautiful sunset included. 💯

Report Check-In

This is a great spot with good cell reception and less dust. BUT, for record, just want to mention that on 3rd night - a Friday so Im guessing local plus a bit of alcohol ? - a pick up truck with 2 guys pulled right up next to my van that was lit showing me, a single woman. Within feet of me, despite there literally being miles of other available spaces, they killed the headlights and left the engine running. I called out to them through my window to say hi and see what was up but they just sat silently staring and not responding. I repeatedly asked, myself escalating as the fear kicked in ultimately shouting “answer me! who the &$@! are you???” but still just sat silently with engine running and staring. So in plain view called the cops, and only then did they take off. I should have driven away but it felt like something was going down and I didn't have time to even shut my doors and go (but even then why bother, just DRIVE
Anyway, it was very creepy. Just like everywhere else be safe. Traveling solo i shouldn't have been like a fish bowl with all my doors open and lights on advertising myself in middle of nowhere with no one around, super dumb on my part.
Probably one off, but just so you know, had a super creepy experience here. Keep your small town Deliverance wits about you.

Report Check-In

Pretty solid spot just outside of Sedona and further off the road. Full cell reception. Would definitely stay here again.
