Nice campground managed by lovely and helpful people. Great view over dendo canyon. Some Tents and sleeping bags available on location. Possibility of barbecue. Price ist 2500 pp, 4000 if you want to use tent and sleeping bags.

Report Check-InLovely campsite with great views. We paid 5,000 AMD for two people in a tent. There is a washing machine you can use for 1,000 AMD. You can hear jackals howling in the evening which is amazing!

Update: the toilets are now western toilets and the street to go there is brandnew so it’s easy to reach with any car.

You can walk to the monasteries (Haghpat and Sanahin) also there is an old fortress and cave castle.
We stayed 2 nights enjoying the fresh and cool are after a hot week in Tbilisi.
Grassy spots, places to park your camper and places to pitch your tent.

Nice campground, friendly English speaking owner and clean. Good view over the gorge. Quite easy to hitchhike from the main road to the camping and the other way around.
