There is a Bank counter now from the NBU in the hotel. Best rate today for 1 Euro they changed 9.660 Som.
Report Check-InThe ATM shows 0% commision. It takes 1.5% commision for USD (plus fees of your bank) - which is OK. We also took soms and then they charged us 9% (NINE percent) more then the national bank exange 2 days before!!!!
