Great spot! Stayed here for 3 nights, leaving each day to go to the Grand Canyon (only 10 min drive away). Was a spot available here, whether we turned up at 4pm or 11pm. Quiet, some spots have fire pits, feels like you have you're own space. 2 bars signal. Notice board at entrance saying 14 days maximum.
Report Check-InAs of 4/23/23, this road is still closed. We have been in the area for 5 days and it has been closed the entire time. No explanation given.
Report Check-InRight before entrance of Grand canyon south rim, off the main road, spaces among trees. Quiet.
Report Check-InNice gravel road with small dispersed camping spaces with fire pit, no facilities. Saw two other campers but far enough away and plenty of space. Full service on AT&T. Arrived after dark and easy to navigate.
Report Check-InBeautiful camping spots along the road. Very few times a car passed by on the road, apart from that it was quite calm an peaceful.
No phone reception.
Several very nice dispersed camping sites. No services. Good area to set up tent or park a small camper vehicle. Saw elk in the area. Very close to entrance of Grand Canyon.
Report Check-InPulled off 64 right onto Long Jim Loop. There were plenty of spots and super easy access. Area is for dispersed camping, so no toilet or potable water access at sites. Overall, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to sleep for a night.
Report Check-InEasy access area, followed sign to pull off 64 for Long Jim Loop, and found a spot right away. Area is for dispersed camping. No toilets or potable water at sites, but didn’t have to pay!
Report Check-InReally lovely spot under the trees. Free with facilities - potable water, bathrooms, showers ($2), laundry - a short drive up the road at Mather Campground. Perfect for a few days exploring the Grand Canyom
