OK place, very clean and correct, as stated.
Not very charming, but well equipped rooms, working showers, vtelevision, AC, and a ventilator, all works. So quite happy.

Exactly described before(Please read the location carefully, we didn’t do so have wandered to find). All rooms are spacious with a refrigerator and table. Hot, hot shower(not ‘suicide’ shower system)!!!
The owner is trustful and very correct for payment following the official rate(Most paraguayans are not….). It’s accepted by cash or credit cards(no more added fees). The breakfast can be served 250,000Guranies p/p. By booking.com, you can see some pics of kitchen. It’s not for double room but family room(I don’t find this option though). Our car is around 2m30 height to pass the limits of the parking lot. It’s been a long time for campers to spend quite nights in Paraguay

Nice hostel with secure parking (limited and first come first serve, so if you get there late in the day you will have to park on the street outside). Room for 4 cars and several motorbikes. Not suitable for big rigs or tall vehicles but these could park on street outside (not a through road). Normal car fine. Very clean rooms, private bathroom with hot showers and large shower head. Comfy bed, AC and fan, very quiet, a few cats around, Spanish restaurant next door, petrol station close by does a buffet and also fast food plus a shop. Dentist next door, seafood restaurant (Puerto Pira), photocopy shop diagonally adjacent as well as camping shop. We paid 155,000 for the room (2 people) on booking.com. I believe it's 170,000 normally. Friendly staff.

FYI: these coordinates are for the parking which is off the main road. You turn off the main road onto a side street and then the first turning on your right (coming from the main road). Go to the end and there's the car park with a green sliding door.
