Two spring water taps that are running from a stone sculpture.
I forgot to take photo when we were stopped, but you can see the stone sculpture between the 2 cars.
DO NOT HOOK HOSES TO PIPE. If people continue to do this the Forest Service will shut it down. contamination hazard.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
AMAZING WATER SOURCE so mad the campsite is closed but I will see if I can stay the night by the road
Report Check-InStill available as of this posting. Expect to get damp. It was fairly regular but not what I would call busy. water continuously flows from two pipes on the side away from the road.
Report Check-InWonderful location and unique experience to be able to get water straight from the spring!
Report Check-InGreat place to fill up a water jug, great water, super easy. If you’re traveling south, it’s basically right after the switchbacks so don’t miss it! You can just pull over to the side of the road.
Report Check-Ingreat water! Pulled over on the side of the road and filled 2 6-gallon jugs. There were other people there but we didn’t have to wait long.
Report Check-InFlowing really well. Great spot for water. Several people filling up this morning.
Report Check-InGood ole roadside Spring. Tasty water, two pipes make for quicker filling. Parking right at or about 100yds down can fit a camper to pull over
Report Check-InCool and sweet and free. Small roadside pullout just north of the campground.
Report Check-InNice spot, good water!
can 't use the hose, but the locals fill up like a 100 bottles.... kind of strange...
Perfect! As described. This is a popular spot for water, there was even a bit of a line up. Thanks for adding.
