Small camping facility with friendly owner. Next to metro station and Lidl. Very convenient fo visiting Sofia. 10€ + 2€ electric.

Practical, welcoming place as described. If needed metro runs from the airport to metrostation in 5/11 minutes walking distance from the campsite.
Report Check-InWe easily found the campsite using GPS, but there is construction on the main road near the campsite. You have to cross over the construction area to get to the campsite, no issue just seems incorrect or not an open road when following GPS turnoff.
The campsite is a small area with grass and concrete. There are two shower/toilets available for use. The were both OK, just not very clean and one had a ton of slugs and snails (they were all over so watch where you walk!). The owner is very friendly and welcoming. And the location is fantastic for exploring Sofia. We felt safe leaving our vehicle while we took the train (station a short walk away) to explore Sofia for the day.
Report Check-InEntrance is next to the gas station by the Lidl. Looks iffy but you get there. There's a yellow gate at the entrance.
10 eu to park, 3eu more to have power. Washer another 3eu. There's a clothes line to dry. Each vehicle gets a key to the gate. Good WiFi and a 4G cell signal. Very quiet.
Good place to stay and visit Sofia. Ivan is a very nice man with lots of tips and a big smile. Toilet and shower basic, hot water! Don’t take off to the Lidl, go a bit further and then left. Camping Sign is hanged a little further.
Report Check-InReally friendly people. Small campsite for about 4 or 5 campers on grass. Only one clean toilet and shower sometimes a bit too less. But shower has great pressure and really hot water! Two sinks on side to do the dishes. They also offer laundry service for 2 Euro. A bit hidden, the access road is straight before the petrol station when you come from Lidl. All in all a perfect place to visit Sofia.
