Nice place direct on the river. When you come from Kuc, turn left after the bridge (from Kallart right before the bridge). Then follow this track downhill. There are several spots where you can park. We drove the track till the end. You can not be seen from the street. Only 4x4 and smaller cars like our Hilux. When you have a big rig you can also park uphill (before driving down) on a big lawn. But here you can be seen but not a lot of people drive by. 3G signal with t-mobile.

Although the main road from Vlorë to Qeparo is now paved (on Reise Know How maps it says 4x4 only, still a beautiful valley) the spot is still there, go down directly to the big flat, and then drive down a short steep path. Path is still intact, some weathering has occured. In 2023 following it down actually is good also for big rigs, at least one of them.
