Same experience as last commenter. For our Lada Niva it would have been ~600 for 15 days, ~900 for 1 month and ~1500 for 3 months. This is with a discount for having "inspection", in our case a digital copy of German TÜV. They also give insurance if you don't have inspection, it's just a little more expensive. Very professional and seemed legit.

Very friendly staff, she speaks English. They moved and are now located in the neighboring building on the right (the sign has white and yellow letters). Take the blue stairs up, enter the building and take the office on the left.

Some things changed since last year. You now need a proof of technical inspection, it can be the one from your home, so a paper from Tuv, mot or APK. Price was 1100 som for one month, so about 11 dollars.

Very friendly people, Office was closed, but I called the number on the door in five minutes office was opened.

Also paid 510 KGS for 1 month for big rig (12T). It seems the price does not depends on the size of the vehicle?

The speak very good english and the price for ouer vicle 4.5t for 30 day is 510 KGS.

Car insurance office from the company ayu garant, entrance is dowstairs and was marked with banner "in cruises" , same building as hostel inn. We paid 510 som for a 4x4 campervan with big engine. English speaking employee.

Car Insurance company Rapaht(pronounced: garant). They sell third party car insurance, which is since 2018 mandatory in Kyrgyzstan.

510 som (6€) for one month for our Land cruiser. Make sure they note down all persons who drive the car in the document so you are all insured when you drive. Very quick service, done in 10 minutes and they speak English!
