Very crowded, LOTS (maybe 60-80 people?) of locals partying with large DJ system, constant ATV traffic and fireworks until 3-4am every weekend night. Met property owner, nice gentlemen but said the partying is allowed and very common. Would not recommend visiting on the weekend if you're looking for somewhere quiet. Otherwise it's a beautiful and fairly clean spot.
