Nice hotel with a secure gated parking for motorbikes, a nice swimming pool and friendly staff. 250 dirham for a double. Cheaper via Booking com but does not include breakfast in the internet reservation. Order breakfast later for much cheaper price.

While family from out of town were here to visit they got a couple of rooms, The hotel let us park out front and use facilities for free. The also have a secure courtyard that they offered us to park in but the street was flat and seemed secure. Good food at the restaurant. 100D set menu for 3 course meal. Likely they would allow you to park for a night if you stayed at the restaurant. Helpful friendly people.
Officially 300mad now, but I got them down to 200 without breakfast.
Modern hotel with AC and heating in the rooms.
Gated parking in the back for motorcycles.
Walking distance to the quartier industrielle, where all the mechanics are.
