César Lope and his family welcomed us in their pottery workshop and kindly showed us the manufacturing process of the famous Pukará Bulls! They are interested in meeting travelers of different nationalities and open the door of their house to make known their traditions. Without a doubt it is a place that we recommend to other travelers! All without cost.

César Lope y su familia nos recibieron en su taller de cerámica y amablemente nos enseñaron el proceso de fabricación de los famosos Toros de Pukará! Ellos están interesados en conocer viajeros de diferentes nacionalidades y abren la puerta de su casa para dar a conocer sus tradiciones. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendamos a otros viajeros! Todo sin costo.

Many beautiful ceramics that are made on site. They are also the ones who make all the bulls that you will find on the city stands. The door remains closed, you have to knock to return, it is not closed :) Very good price (s/25 for a big bull, s/10 for the little ones). We recommend, the people are very nice!
Report Check-InWe stopped here at 4 pm and 10 am the next day but unfortunately no one was there. Looks like a nice workshop. The town is a cool spot with many toros for sale!
