We hired Mario to do a 2 nights private tour to Lake Sandoval and stayed at Casa Sandoval lodge there. Mario was a great guide, very knowledgeable of the nature and fauna and was always on time for everything. Very friendly, caring and we recomend him! Our private 2 nights 3 days tour cost with everything cost us 575 soles per person. We highly recommend him!

We did 4 days 3 nights tour with Mario at Tambopata national reserve (and Sandoval Lake) and it was awesome!!

Mario is a local guy that have his own small agency located in Puerto Maldonado.
He is such an amazing guide and his knowledge about the area and flora and fauna is just incredible!
He creat a program that was fit exactly to our needs and everything was super organized and on time.
So much better to book with him then with the other agencies in Cusco because he was born and grew up here and he really know the area.

If you are a family/couple/group of friends that are interesting to do some tour in this area Mario is your guy he can do tour by request and have different programs for different prices.
