Great place! Very friendly people, at the beginning they wanted me to leave the bottles with a truck, then they authorized me to go inside but with one of their trucks. They filled half a bottle and a full one (in FR/CH for 13kg and they managed to put 16kg in each (because it’s GLP and not pure propane)! In the end I paid 14.75$, and all that in 30min. They used my adapter to fill them (see pic)

We were able to fill our Candian bottle here. They charged it like "industrial" gas, so it was 15 usd for 15kg. (Against the 3,5 usd that the "normal" one costs). Dont really know why, is not possible to go inside and talk to the one in charge, so you can pay the normal fee.

You have to wait outside for one truck to come, and take your bottle inside. Beware, ask for the receipt, the guy wanted to charge us 7 usd extra, and when why ask why, he said it was for the "delivery" 🤔.

The guard, Rodrigo, is very friendly and helpfull!

We did manage to get cooking gas here today. The security guy didn't want to let us in at first as it seems to be an industrial-type operation, but eventually he relented. 5usd for our 5kg bottle.

Report Check-In

Definitely open. We stopped at the guard shack and we're quickly admitted where the workers were happy to fill both of our USA 12.7 ltr cylinders.

We could fill our 2 chilean tanks, each one of 5 kg. Be patience, they told us first they couldnt but we insist. Nice people.

The plant in Ambato refused to fill my bottle and suggested I come here. Despite being marked as closed, I took a chance. Most definitely not closed but useless as they wouldn’t fill my bottle either.

Report Check-In

To fill in gpl bottles. The gas plant in Ambato couldn't fill in our bottle. 10 dollars to fill in.
