December 24th, 2017 | Asadero Dany | Simple menu consists of fish shrimp chicken and carne asado tacos as well as quesatacos and bean soup. On saturdays they serve carnitas. Tried everything but the bean soup in 3 visits. All delicious. Wonderful salsa platter accompanies the tacos, all made fresh in house. Sweet couple owns the place and food is affordably priced. Highly recommended! |

December 20th, 2017 | Playa Dos Amigos Rv Park | Rolled in on bikes to rest up before heading onward to Mulege. Small community, quiet and friendly,of retirees in rvs and small homes. Located right on a tidal lagoon/marsh...lots of wildlife, pretty views, good kayaking and fishing. Paid 100 pesos to put up our tent under a palapa and some date palms right on the water. Friendly dogs everywhere. No official electric but neighbors provided extension cord and fresh filete of yellow tail! Clean hot showers and toilet in center of park |
