$20 USD for a night with full hook ups. The showers are not the prettiest or the cleanest, but they are hot, and the water pressure is fabulous. The WiFi is non-existent, even in the office/restaurant. The food is a bit spendy and OKAY, but the margaritas and micheladas are wonderful!

This place will definitely cheat you! They say they’re out of anything but premium, their conversion rate is way off, and the meters are apparently wrong- the same amount of gas at another station cost us exactly HALF of what it cost here.

This station is the most convenient for those traveling in RV’s. No need to go into the little town of Loreto if all you’re doing is passing through.

December 30th, 2018 Campestre Maranatha

Of the two RV parks in La Paz, this one is more kid and family friendly. It has a playground and a (cold!) pool. It’s a bit noisy at night and pricey (500 pesos for full hookups) but it’s really well maintained and nice for a quick stop. *If you are traveling without kids I recommend the other choice, it’s quiet and small and closer to town. :-)

December 29th, 2018 Baja Serena At Pescadera Town.

We really love this camp - We stayed here for a week, and then came back and stayed another night before heading back north. (Usually she has a two night minimum just FYI). The place is clean, showers are hot, and the hosts are super friendly and helpful! My mom rented a cabana and we parked our RV, and we all loved our time here. It can get a little loud at night with all the restaurants in front but it was manageable for us. $15 USD a night for full hook ups, with a slight discount if you stay a week or longer. I highly recommend this place- we also recommend the little fish taco place right in front of it (sandwiches between two bars).

December 17th, 2018 Palapa 206 RV Park and Motel

This place is basic and no frills but we have been comfortable and very happy with our choice to stop. The owner is friendly (blunt but not offensive in any way and totally cool), the staff didn’t speak much English but they’re sweet and helpful. We haven’t used the showers yet but the full hookups at the sites are lovely. It’s the perfect spot to stop over and break up the long trip south to la Paz.

December 14th, 2018 RV Park San Lucas Cove

This place is beautiful. We ended up getting here late because we stopped in San Ignacio to get new brakes (for which we were SO HAPPY as we did the crazy descent down to Santa Rosalía!). It’s the busiest RV park we’ve stayed in so far in Baja, lots of older people who have dug in. They seem a bit uncomfortable with a family with kids here, but they’re friendly enough and we’re enjoying our short stay. One of the long-timers drove me just across the highway to a hidden little spot to have my laundry which is basically winning the lottery to a mother of 3!

December 13th, 2018 Malarrimo RV Park

Friendly helpful staff here. I paid $13 for a night with hookups in a fairly well-kept parking lot... it’s not really our kind of place- we took nice hot showers and then hit the road.

Note- don’t leave your septic hooked up here unless you want a cockroach infestation.

These guys did the brakes on our rig. They did a great job for an incredibly reasonable price.

December 12th, 2018 El Pabellon RV Park

This place is a hidden gem! It’s right off 1 and you have to travel about a mile on a dirt road but it’s well maintained so not too bad. We paid $15 usd for one night with water and 15 amp power. Had the place completely to ourselves! The showers aren’t fancy but are hot and clean. The beach is so clean and gorgeous (and empty!) our kids spent the entire time playing and it was perfect! So glad we stopped here!

December 11th, 2018 La Jolla Beach RV

Exactly as described. $19 USD for one night for the whole family (2 adults 3 kids). We are right on the beach and have tons of room all to ourselves! The beach is a little dirty, but it’s not too bad and it didn’t stop us from really enjoying ourselves!

Security says no overnight parking here.
