Open again! Great cheap place to camp, 25 pesos per person. Locals assured us it was safe, and security offered us to move and park by the front gate near them after people left if we wanted (we didn’t). Lots of people [and garbage] on the weekend, but everyone was perfectly lovely. Sunday night, we were the only campers. We parked at the back left beside the little river. Toilets are 5 pesos, there are no showers. Tons of space for parking, a big rig should have no problem. FYI the toll gate guy told us there are two swimming holes here, didn’t quite catch where the other one is, but you could ask around.
