It’s ok for winter i guess but in late summer the creek is dry so you don’t have a source of water.

Parking with 1/2 bathroom in front of the pyramid. An old woman, Genoveva, is in charge. The place has animals as chikens and rabbits and near the entrance it looks like they are keeping old stuff. Although the aparent mess the place is quiet and bathrooms are simple but very clean. There is a place where you can also clean your dishes. We payed 80 pesos for one night.

Enough space for a 20' travel trailer. A little noisy from the highway.

Currently all recreational areas in the National forest is closed. There is a gate shut on the road to this campground. Not sure if due to Covid or cause of the winter season. Drove half hour up the mountain to find another spot.

Nice Forest Service campground among the oaks. Water but no hose bibs so bring your container. Suitable for RVs up to 25'.

Truck stop with showers. They’re $15, doesn’t seem to be a time limit, water’s hot, showers are clean. Great water pressure.

Close enough to the street to fill your tank.

We had a lovely quite evening here. Google maps almost deterred us, as the road coming in from on Bayocean Rd is partially closed. We just continued along 131 thru Oceanside, ignoring the detour that Google maps suggested and we arrived without any issues.

For some reason I can't change the rating, but we def give this place 5 stars!

Kitesurfing spot with direct access to the water, nice beaches in a walking distance. We negotiate 150 pppn. There is a restaurant on side, next in bigger shop in Cancun, so bring food with u. Stuff friendly, hot shower, wifi is working better near at the restaurant, SUPs for free!

Overnight parking allowed. They don’t have long RV spots but we are just a truck camper. There were also 3 vans overnight as well

Great campground. Very clean, friendly and wild horses!

We attempted entry to camping in our big rig (11 ton MAN) and no go. Wasn't that impressed with camping area and it's a hike up the hill to the lodge. Didn't stay.
Instead we wild camped in the football field at the base of the entry road opposite the muesum and with permission of headman arranged through Ismail (see shoebill tour post for just down the road). Agreed 10,000pn. But loads of kids, you have to be firm.

Small bluff top campground with flush toilet and shower. Basic phone coverage, 2G on Verizon. In town, close to beach and restaurants.

I wasn't able to find this place.

Water may be shut off in the winter. We found the spigot as described in the previous post but moving the handle did not coax any water out.

Completely packed all day on Saturday. Cops asked us to leave 10 pm. “No overnight parking”.

This is a cabin constructor as well as a service place. Perfect if you need damages on the fiber cabin done or just services. Highly recommended.

Stayed here one night with 3 other vans with no issue. Not too noisy at night, and not many people actually stopped. There is a security officer that patrols and has an office overlooking the facilities, but paid us no mind. The semi parking out back looks rather spacious and could accommodate larger motorhomes.

Spent a nice quiet night here and slept well. Called the Tupelo Parks & Rec dept yesterday (googled for phone number). Asked for permission to spend the night. Were told, "no one's ever asked that before, but I don't see why not. Stay In the parking lot by the Aquatic Center." We did, made sure we told the lady behind the counter inside Aqua Ctr that we were there and what we were doing. While center was open, we had access to toilets. Very nice stay!

We pulled in here at 10pm.
Got a knock on our door at 8am from the park maintenance personnel saying no overnight parking is allowed.
We walked around the area and sure enough there are signs reading no overnight parking.
The park attendant also stated the police do not regulate this park. The police only get involved if park staff and/or rangers report any problems.
The park staff works from 8am - 8pm.

Not my favorite spot beings it’s located in an even more dilapidated part of the city, but it felt safe. I stayed Sunday into Monday and around 4AM the local trash company arrived and I thought the sky was falling. I recommend sleeping as far away from the dumpsters as you can always. No other issues.

Delicious Yucatan style food, nice owners, clean bathrooms. Their prices are good. We parked our class B overnight on the street in front of the water tower. It was quiet. In the morning we used the bathrooms and had breakfast.

It has parking place surrounded by forest, walking trails and view points to enjoy the ocean, electricity, drinkable water, toilets and showers, grill available, hammak’s common area and fire pit common area.

Gate was closed but there is a large pull off infront of it. Slept the night no problems. Around 7am people started showing up to hike up the FR
