Good place for motorhome, very attentive post staff, provided water and light free of charge. Good restaurant, it has good bathrooms. Wi-Fi is reasonable. Safe place at night. In front of the post there is a park/sanctuary/grotto our sra de Lourdes, very small, but well organized with bathrooms and barbecues. Perfect place for the adventurer.

This spot is definitely more suited for smaller vehicles such as vans, trucks etc. We are a 38 foot bus

We love a good challenge and decided to navigate and set up here for the night

This is a good stop for everyone going to or from the famous Suleskarvegen and Lysebotn.

Self catering chalets nestled amongst the mountains of Schoemanskloof. Make sure you have a high clearance vehicle as access is on a dirt road. Lots of chalet options, mens & womens ablutions, communal lapa entertainment area with kitchen, dining, lounge, bar, pool table, table tennis, darts, braai area, pizza oven.
Also 4x4 driving tracks, dam fishing, walking or mountain biking tracks.
Very remote, safe area, tucked away in a piece of paradise!

This is a lovely little parking lot in a small town. It has picnic seating, a good amount of spots, and is right across from the police station. We stayed here from midnight to 8 with the only disturbance being a train that passed through once or twice. It’s not the most quiet spot, but for a one night stay, it was wonderful.

Great spot. All as advertised but being here in the winter probably made it even easier. The campsite next to the parking lot only had two RVs in it and I think pretty much most of the campground beyond that was sparse. Beautiful view of the Gulf and rather quiet at night after the cars stop passing by. Didn’t have any trouble with anyone taking issue with me being there and there was only one other vehicle there staying overnight in an SUV. The better part is that in the morning I walked past the water park and into the campsites and had a nice mostly warm-ish shower and used the restrooms as well so that was a nice bonus. If you want to actually pull your vehicle in and park in the state park it’s four dollars. But walking in is just as easy. 10 mins or so.

County (I believe) boat ramp parking area. I found a pretty level spot but most are not level. Very quiet night off of a local road with a few cars in and out of the parking lot until 8 pm. Great overnight stop. 3 bars Verizon LTE.

After failing to find anywhere to stay in Sanibel island we drove inland and found this Cracker Barrel. It has a big parking lot, lots of open spaces round the back. It’s quiet, some road noise but nothing crazy.
Very easy stopover.

Level ground with a little more than half a dozen spots to park/camp right off signal road (gravel road that didn’t get any noticeable traffic after dark). Cell service decent with weboost. Would stay again.

Good food, low prace, good localization, next Raywae

Very nice area next to the river. There is plenty of spots to park. Formal fire pits with grates at each site. Pit toilets. Free for up to 14 days.

Good, quiet, big gravel lot. There is a ranch close by with horse that walk around freely. We had good Verizon reception, good enough to stream Hulu. It was really close to Saguaro NP. Only complaint is there is A LOT of broken glass, which makes it tough if you have dogs.
If you’re one of those people who trashes a place, especially with broken glass - you suck.

Ølberg is a summer camp open from may to august.
It is located with a nice beach and a WWII bunker.
Ølberg offers a kiosk and a restaurant.

A popular place for the locals to visit during the summer.

Wild camping at the beach/dunes. There is free parking and toilets at Friluftshuset.

Buøy Camping is located in Dalen near Dalen Hotel, Eidsborg stavkyrkje and is the last stop of Telemarkskanalen.
You must be 23 years old to camp here.

Water fill in left side of lot, cheap gas (d 2.69 as of 3/5/21) and dumpsters

Hose is behind a short concrete wall at the beach side of the furthest parking lot. Nice park, too.

Stayed one night here with no issues.
No open WiFi signals that worked for me, but I could’ve been in a different spot.

Water spigot at the Murphy gas station. I stayed overnight at the Walmart too without issues.

Free ferry. 5 min ride. Also for big rigs. You’ll see dolphins

They have nothing service , but can charge us 120! Even I don’t think this place (beside the cafe) belong this hotel !!

Amazing food. BBQ beef or chicken, and served on a plate with beans, rice, green onions, and macaroni salad.

2 plates and a drink for 55Q. Great value and great food. Good size parking spot right in front of the restaurant.

Comes with free WiFi.

Clean bathrooms and great service. Definitely recommend.
