Report Check-In

Close to the departure point to go to Isla Penguino, and close to town as well. Henry is very nice. The toilets and showers are in desperate need of renovation, the women's showers are out of use, hot water wasn't consistent in the men's shower. But we only paid 3500 for the two of us, so no complaints. At the back there's a spot a bit higher, with shelter, power outlet, table and parilla. Good wind protection, very private.

Report Check-In

We spent 4 nights in the very quiet municipal campsite. It is close to the city center and you can get around on foot. The toilets were clean. Possibility of requesting a grill to make a barbecue.

Report Check-In

Good campsite with hot showers and wifi (only in the building). The campsite is in need of renovation, but fine for the price you pay for it (3000 pesos a night). The motorhome spots have a house with a picnic bench and a parilla. Sometimes it is difficult to find a good spot with the wind (we have a rooftop tent). The owner of the place is super kind!

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Very friendly welcome from the manager. There is a lot of wind, it allows us to use the large room to cook with our equipment. He helps us find a good mechanic. The campsite is very old and deserves to be refreshed and the sanitary facilities cleaned every day.

Report Check-In

simple but cordial, hot showers, non-potable water, 3000 pesos for a motorhome and 2 people, price in photo

Report Check-In

3000AR for RV including electric and non potable water. If you turn left out of the campground and walk toward the headland it is really beautiful with cliffs, caves along the beach accessible at low tide, tide pools and nice open space on dirt roads to run or walk. Henry is the caretaker of the campground and he's very nice and helpful. Everything is old but it's quiet at night and convenient for being in town.

Report Check-In

3000 for 2 people and camper. great little areas shaded from wind. good hot showers and toilets, got some good advice from the owner who is from Bolivia originally, very nice. on the seaside.

Report Check-In

Nice campsite, right next to the sea. Good facilities, except the WiFi which is very slow and only available at the reception. Good place to stay when you are in town. We paid 1300 ARS for 2 persons and a camper.

Report Check-In

Very nice campsite on the shore. We paid 800 ARS per night for 2 persons and vehicle. Hot showers, toilets, running water, BBQ. Everything very clean and friendly people. I can really recommend this place.

Report Check-In

Great place, even by hard wind you can find a protected place for a tent or a rooftend on a car!

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Great place to stay, close to the waterfront, easy walk to other services. 1000 pesos per night for two people and vehicle. Wifi only available at reception. Toilet seat but no toilet paper. Wind protection. Close to road but quiet at night. Water is not drinkable - salty.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

This campsite is in private hands and therefore more expensive than a municipal campsite. I didn't stay but the manager/ owner was extremely helpful

Report Check-In

Camping costanera (camping municipal) - nice location at the sea, can be a bit noisy from the street at night. Wifi and showers are ok, the bathroom is cleaned every day.

Sugestão Vivendo Mundo Afora, camping municipal...

Report Check-In

we spend 2 nights here ... friendly staff and quiet. We felt safe to leave our car with our dog and a rooftop tent . To visit the pingüinos Island. One if the most impressive tours in the patagónic cost.

Report Check-In

Nice camping, just by the river. Old and worn but not dirty facilities. Hot showers and hot water in the sinks, not a lot of wind protection. Electricity at some spots and we could pick up the WIFI from the car (although it is very slow). Paid 350 ARS for the first night and 300 ARS for the next nights.

Report Check-In

Henry is very friendly and explained us everything incl a map of the town, next to the waters, quite and safe at night, toilets and showers ok, WiFi at reception good, electricity (220V) on the spot, 300 pesos for 2 persons incl camper

Report Check-In

Henry warmly welcomed us and got us set up. Internet reached site but wouldn't call it fast. Agree services work but are a bit worn. Banos cleaned everyday. No TP. 3G Movistar reception. Hardly anyone else there - we stayed four nights, pretty quiet.

Report Check-In

Good camping. Toilets and showers cleaned. Good Wi-Fi.
300ap for camper and 2P.

Report Check-In

great camping, we rent a dormi, 150$ p/person in a 4 bedroom with power. Hot shower, clean toilets, door close at 11pm until 7am. Nice place to relax

Report Check-In

300$ 2 pers&motorhome, quite quiet, all facilities but old and not really well maintained (as usual...) good spot to visit pinguin island, near city.

Report Check-In

This place is vety good if you need a break - The amenities are worn but work -hot! showers, wind protection, power, light, benches/ table and asado place at each site. Strong internet. You can walk to town in a few minutes - laundry, baker, minimarket and restaurants near by. Museums are next door. We stayed two nights. Peso 200 for 2 People+car/night

Report Check-In

Excellent 2 night stop, stones with some grass means no dust when the wind blows, plenty of hot water, seats on the loos and the shower heads work (no locks on the loo doors but you can't have everything). They have extension cables and double outlets available for power if you ask. Wind protection only came to the bottom of our roof tent, but there are some very sheltered spots for ground tents. We had good wifi from our pitch, price 100pp.

Report Check-In

Ok, 200 Pesos /nigth/motorhome

Report Check-In

We slept one night in a cabin trailer with comfortable bunk beds. Easy to find. Toilets and shower, however no hot water.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Friendly Bolivian guy runs the place and says it's a private campground now. Real hot showers. Clean bathrooms. Kitchen is strange but functional.

Report Check-In

Situated right on the front with a minor road only separating you from the beach. The quite interesting English style railway station now a museum is just behind the campground and worth a visit. There is no wifi, but the shower blocks have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. However only two of the four showers were working, which is fine now when the park is empty. There are several sites with power available and plenty of room for tents and big rigs. The site was very quiet at night time. For our camper plus two persons for one night on a powered site was ARP180. There is a reasonable Supermercado in town and plenty of cafes with wifi available although speeds are very slow.
