Possible de dormir dans un VR, mais pas en tente. Beaucoup de va-et-vient le soir et plusieurs avec de la musique forte.

Although true that there are ‘no overnight camping’ signs, we stayed here with a truck camper (not at all inconspicuously) with no problems whatsoever. Both nights there were others there. We spoke with a couple there who were on their second night there, and told us they spoke with the office there who said as long as you’re not in a tent, they aren’t going to move you on as it is impossible for them to enforce. It is a popular spot for seeing the sunrise so the cafe opens around 6am during the season. There are toilets etc in the cafe. The visitor centre etc. doesn’t open until 10am.

So beautiful spot on the edge of cliff. Lot of whales all around. Very quiet after 09:00 PM.

no overnight sign. Within the national historic site.

Don't require a park past for the Historical site. Only need to pay money to enter the lighthouse. The same for Signal Hill, I do have a Discovery Park pass, worth it if you're travelling across Canada as it gives you access to a bunch of things such as:
- free access to the light house
- free access to the Signal Hill discovery center and theatre.

Also don't have to worry about paying for any other day visit fees at other National parks.

also washrooms are closed Monday/Tuesday

National Park you need your Discovery pass to visit.
It was ok after asking the agent, to park our travel-trailer at the far end to be able to visit the city of St-John’s during the afternoon.
Great panoramic views.
Many short trails.
Very windy.

Stay in the packing lot of the lighthouse. Nice place to stay but you can hear the foghorn the whole night.
