10,000 per person per night for double or matrimonial with bathroom per night. Everything is very clean and dusted. Very friendly owners, Jonathan & Cinthya. Secure parking for motorcycles and cars for free and possibly one small rig. Two blocks from the beach and the Llanquihue Lake. Most rooms have great light and views of the lake.

okay hostel if you need a break from camping or want reliable internet. the girl who works there is a total nightmare though, the least friendly person we've seen in a long time. 25,000 for a couple for the night in a room with private bath.
