*No overnight Parking
.....
Standard Rest Area off Interstate 90. You can access it from the eastbound or westbound sides. I noticed the local police going thru during the night. WY allows you to sleep in your vehicle, but there is a “No Overnight Parking” sign so it’s only good for a few hours rest. Running water bathrooms, no showers.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The “No Overnight Parking” sign is prominently displayed and applies to the entire parking lot. Even semi trucks were not staying long during the few nighttime hours I was here.
Report Check-InNo problem sleeping in vehicle, saw police directing RV where to stay overnight. Somewhat private if you park to right as you enter by grass. Train runs all night so plenty of ambient noise...
Report Check-InNice rest stop, but noisy from trucks running there engines. No issues from sleeping in you vehicle.
Report Check-Inoutside of rest area is nice. playground for kids, plenty of shade from big trees, and many picnic tables.
inside of rest area is less nice. no ac. hot water only in sink, and TP ran out.
there is now a "no overnight parking" posted on the playground side of the parking lot. we slept near the grass "island" next to the truck parking. no one bothered us.
Decent and clean. lots of noise from highway and trains. which doesn't bother me at all. its like white noise to me. It did wake the grand kids every 2 hours though.
Report Check-InBig signs everyone saying rest area closed. Cones blocking the entrance.
