Nice enough spot. Lake sights and sounds mixed in with a bit of traffic. Felt safe. Need Discovery Pass to use.
One pit toilet, filled to overflowing. Wheelchair accessible.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Parked for the night. One other vehicle in the lot. The port-a-pot wasn't in great shape so we used other facilities in town that were much nicer and not too far away. There was some road noise, but that is to be expected and really didn't keep us from sleeping okay. We were able to find sufficiently level location to park. There is a clever geocache there if you are into the game.
Report Check-InLoads of room. Need a discovery park pass to stay, so I put mine visible on the dashboard.
One outhouse, which is wheelchair accessible. It was quite full; needed dumping.
Beautiful lake view and sounds, along with some traffic noise.
Checked out this spot. Still being used by RVs for overnights. Portable toilets. Quirky town and lovely river! We opted to continue to Bruceport.
Report Check-InThis is a large lot and good for rigs big or small. There is a porta potty at the far end but we camped a little more on the south side with no facilities. Road noise isn’t too bad at all. A few of us camping around here and nobody bothered us
Report Check-InOpen gravel lot. Pulled in during the night. Noticed a discovery pass required sign on the south end towards the boat launch. No other vans. Minor road noise.
