Quiet rest area with the bathrooms and drinking water, there were several roadways and other car drivers spending the night.

We spent one night here on our way from Colorado to the Yellowstone area. We read a bunch of reviews here that said it was fine to stay the night, though at the entrance there was a sign that said “no overnight camping”. We got a little worried but there were a handful of other vans/RVs around so figured we’d just give it a shot since we really needed rest. We did see a cop sitting behind the tractor trailer trucks, but no one said anything and by morning there were even more RVs in the parking lot, many of which had their pop outs out. We slept with our roof down, tried to not look too “camped out”, and left on the early side in the morning. That’s what I’d recommend if you need to stop here. It’s known to be quite windy here FYI. Gorgeous views for a rest stop!
Report Check-InDefinitely open, clean bathrooms. 4 bars on AT&T. Trucks and RVs.
Report Check-InREST AREA CLOSED! Very disappointing. We were hoping to have lunch there since the last one was closed.
Report Check-InRest stop open when I passed through, it must be closed seasonally :)
Report Check-InAlthough the trucks and cars are separate, there was a lot of noise all night from trucks idling all night and of course coming and going as well. Cars and trucks are only separated by a patch of grass, and the noise carries easily. Next time I would check out the nearby area others mentioned. There is a water spigot with a blue “water” on the car side between the parking and the restrooms.
Report Check-InBLM to the right and seems to be a well used full parking lot to the left. Next rest stop not for 50 miles. Not much pull off on the BLM and closed for the winter
Report Check-InStayed one night. If you turn right before you get to the rest area and go up the dirt road there are a few campsites. Very quiet, very little traffic and just far away to not hear a lot of road noise. 3g and 2 bars for ATT. Beautiful view!
Report Check-InSeveral cars, trucks, campers, rvs and diesels parked over night. Lots of parking and restrooms open. Pretty quiet other than the sound of diesels.
Report Check-InThis rest stop might have weather/seasonal closures but it is currently open. Several semis parked overnight. We stayed in our van and had no issues. Bathrooms were very clean.
Report Check-InDecent rest stop. Not to loud, beside the semis running all night.
