Something not right?

Description

Beautiful Provincial Park campground right on the shores of Lake Superior. 3km of sandy/pebbly beach. There was heavy 1 meter to 1.5 meter surf and lots of wind the day we got there but was much calmer the next day. Lots of sites right on the beach and the whole campground is in a narrow strip between the beach and the highway, so the less windy sites are somewhat close to the highway. Decent amount of trees and some private spots. Flush toilets (but also pit toilets), free showers, potable water and dish cleaning stations. Ice and firewood available. ~$56 for the tent sites per night. We had data service for Telus there.

right on the shore of Lake Superior except for being right next to the road. nevertheless an excellent site with good amenities. and only 2min walk to the sand beach on the lake.

Nice spot next to Lake Hammer, only the noise of the higway… and a lot of toilet paper around. Please don’t litter , put your papers in a dog bag and keep the place clean for others to enjoy !

Nice spot but we could only stay one night and it was rainy and chilly. There were spots on the beach. If staying there be prepared for cooler, windy conditions. Pretty spots.

Nice campground with a lot of sites right on the Lake. We were able to get a site the day before. It looks like there are sites with power. It was $56 for a tent site

Beautiful provincial park! Not many mosquitoes by the beach and breathtaking scenery. Highway might be noisy if you stay in the forested area but couldn't hear it over the waves by the beach. Clean bathrooms and awesome shower! Bit pricey with $42 before tax but its worth it.
Coin laundry and dryer also available.

Small sites a few electric and crowded with trees on the edge of Lake Superior.
