Spent a night here. Nothing extremly pleasant nor unpleasant. You are right by the sea but there are people parking next to you, the area is not very clean and the playground is not well maintained.

We spent two nights here, right on the water. There was less seaweed than at Hopkins. Several passers-by came to talk to us and inquire about our presence. No particular concern.

There is better places to camp in Dangriga : have a look on Y-not Island spot.
Dangriga is a peaceful little fishing city where you can buy lobsters from fishermen every day at 4:30 near the bridge and plan a day-trip to the reef. Ask for a water-taxi if you want snorkel on tobacco cay or on south water island marine reserve ( very nice reef next to the beach) or ask a fishermen for spending a lobster fishing day with them. Bargain for the price you may pay less than 40 USD ppers way and return to tobacco cay a bit more if you want to go to south water. Bring your own food and drinks.

Nothing to see in this town, we arrived on a Saturday and the look of the town was very run down. The little park where we stayed next to the park was very run down too. People leave their trash behind and its a party spot for locals. It is safe as you have a security guard next door but other than that, I wouldn't recommend driving to daringa.
